Please Note: There is currently a known bug with our Mindbody Smart Lists that causes some clients to not get pulled over from Mindbody. We recommend importing your own custom list as a temporary workaround.

Mindbody customers can access lists of active clients stored in the MINDBODY system, called Smart Lists. They can be found under the Aurora Email Lists when creating or editing a campaign.

These Smart Lists fall under four categories:

• All Clients: This list contains all of your active clients that are contained within the MINDBODY system at the time a campaign is sent.
• Clients Currently Registered for a Class: This is a list of all active clients who are registered for a class at the time a campaign is sent.
• Clients Not Currently Registered for a Class: A list of all active clients who are not registered for a class at the time the campaign is sent.
• Clients with a Current Series or Membership: A list of active clients who have an active series or membership at the time the campaign is sent.
