If your contract has terms and conditions, a new Next Step: Confirm Terms & Conditions will appear instead of the default submit. This will prompt customer input their signature to agree to the contract terms. Once signed, they will be able to complete their purchase.
Once purchased, the signature is then uploaded to the customer account under the Documents tab within mindbody.
