What’s Not Covered

  • Creating brand new liveedit or IINSite trial accounts. Please submit a ticket for assistance. 

  • Updating billing info or reactivating a past account. Please submit a ticket for assistance. 

  • Major design changes, such as a new page or changing template coding. We offer in-house redesign and design services. To learn more, please submit a ticket.

  • Editing images in Photoshop.

  • Setting up Google/Facebook ad tracking.


Pricing

  • 20-minute appointment: $20 USD
  • 50-minute appointment: $40 USD
  • All appointments are non-refundable.
  • Time slots are released up to 2 weeks in advance.
  • Evening and weekend appointments are not available. 


Zoom

  • All our appointments are held over a Zoom Meeting. 
  • A confirmation email with a Zoom Meeting Link will be sent after booking a time. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  • Please connect from a computer to utilize screen sharing. 
  • You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your appointment using the rescheduling button in your confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or reschedule, please submit a ticket.
