1) Log in to Mindbody Business Mode with your owner account.

2) Click on Reports in the top navigation menu.

3) Click on Clients and then Mailing Lists.

4) Under the Mailing Lists tab, select the options you would like to export. Next, click on the XLS icon to export a file to your computer.

5) Before you import the file into your email marketing list, you will need to make sure the file is converted to a CSV and ensure email addresses are listed as the first column. Note, all the extra content that comes with the XLS export can be deleted. 

Please note that we recommend opening the XLS file in Excel to make your adjustments. Opening the XLS file in Numbers on MacOS may not display the content properly according to Mindbody. (https://support.mindbodyonline.com/s/article/203256023-Exporting-reports-to-Excel?language=en_US)
