Please Note:
- Design appointments are non-refundable.
What's Covered:
- Work one-on-one with a member of our US-based Design team over Zoom.
- Provide design guidance on your website's theme. For example, setting fonts and colors throughout your website.
- Add content (text, images, video, etc) on your behalf.
- Edit & Photoshop Images.
- Code changes to a design template that would take under 30 minutes. For example: add a banner to your website, add multiple rows of new content areas, or change the default color of a specific feature, such as a button.
What's Not Covered:
- Coding changes that would exceed 30 minutes.
- Search-Engine-Optimization (SEO) work such as keyword research and optimization.
- Help launch your website. Please book a Support Appointment instead.
- Update Billing information.
How to connect after booking a time:
- Once you've booked a time, a confirmation email with a Zoom meeting link will be sent to your inbox.
- If you don't see the confirmation email right away, please double-check your junk/spam folder.
- We recommend joining Zoom from your computer instead of your phone in order to utilize screen sharing.
- If you need to reschedule, please use the reschedule button within the confirmation email.
