No search results are found or my time slots are not appearing?

If no search results appear, here are a few things to consider:

  1. Make sure the search is not timing out from the Search date range setting.

  2. In MINDBODY Business Mode, make sure the appointments slots are enabled for online reservation.
    Note: If a time slots are not appearing through your MINDBODY Consumer Mode side, that often indicates it will not pull through to show on the website scheduling either. 

  3. Make sure your start time increments are correct in MINDBODY Business Mode.

Why are my start time increments off?

With our MINDBODY Appointments element, the start time increments pull from a specific setting in your MINDBODY Business Mode. Its called Scheduling Increments. You can access this setting by going to Manger Tools > Settings > Scheduling Increments. Under the Active Times For: selector, make sure to select your appointment service. 

For example, here is a set up if you wish to have clients schedule appointments every 30 minutes through out 8am to 8pm.
